Details of Redemption

Remarks for Self Pick-up:
- To facilitate our company’s distribution arrangements, the schedule for Self Pick-up is based on the sequence of order numbers received by our system. We appreciate your patience for waiting.
- After confirming your pre-order, you will receive an email notification with the exact pick-up time. Kindly arrive at the designated location to collect your order on the stated date, otherwise it will be deemed overdue and invalid.
- Products will be delivered within the selected date, but the final delivery date is subject to actual situation. We cannot guarantee an exact time due to circumstances such as traffic and route arrangement, etc. by SF Express.
- In case of any delays, our company or SF Express will be in contact with you directly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- In case of any disputes, our company reserves the right for final decisions.

- For corporate orders in large quantities, please contact email@example.com. *Orders from companies and corporate organisations only – group purchases will not be accepted.
- When collecting the items from the store, you must present a QR code for scanning and verification by the store’s representative to complete the redemption process. If you have not received a confirmation email with the QR code, please check your email’s spam folder or contact our Customer Service with your order number for further assistance.
- Redemption store: To be confirm , will inform by email
- The redemption store only provides redemption services for purchases made online and is not a retail outlet.
- Please redeem and collect the item(s) purchased on the specified date and time. Items not redeemed and collected within the designated period will be forfeited, and no refunds or exchanges will be offered.
- Customers should keep the confirmation email and QR code(s) secure. Whenever a valid QR code is presented to our staff in the redemption store, it will be deemed as an authorized representative for the pick-up of the order. Loveral is not responsible for any losses incurred due to customers’ improper handling of the QR code(s).
- Each QR code can only be used for the redemption and pick-up of one order. Once a QR code is scanned and redeemed, it will be invalidated and replacement will not be reissued. Redemption records kept by Loveral shall be deemed final.
- Once the order is confirmed, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted.. Please ensure all information and details provided are correct before making payment.
- Please inspect all items carefully upon collection. If the items are damaged, incorrect, incomplete or different from your order, please report and request a replacement immediately. Once the item(s) have left the store, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
- If a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during normal opening hours and the store is already in operation, the store will remain open. If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before the store’s opening time, the store will remain closed and operation will be resumed within two hours after the signal is cancelled. However, if the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled less than 2 hours before the normal closing hours, the store will remain closed for the day.
- In the event when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher is issued and the store is already in operation, the store will close for the day. If the signal is already in effect before the store’s opening time, the store will resume operation within two hours after the signal is cancelled and lowered to Strong Wind Signal No.3 or below. However, if the signal is cancelled and lowered less than 2 hours before the normal closing time, the store will remain closed for the day.
- If the redemption service is suspended due to adverse weather conditions, the redemption date will be extended by one day. However, if this deadline is missed, the item(s) will be deemed forfeited.
- Loveral reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate this event and/or any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Loveral shall be final.
- These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and Chinese. In case of any conflict or discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
Delivery Service Terms and Conditions:
- SF Express : Office / Residential address only (Cash on Delivery)
- Delivery service is limited to local delivery, overseas delivery is currently not available.

- You may not specify the delivery date and time. Products will be delivered within the selected period, but final delivery date is subjected to actual situation.
- We cannot guarantee a time due to some circumstances, such as traffic and the route arrangement etc. by SF Express.
- Delivery service is available for all online orders to Hong Kong areas only, except for certain areas which are not covered by SF Express. All orders are delivered to your doorstep through SF Express. For more information about the service area of SF Express, visit http://www.sf-express.com
- Products will be delivered according to the delivery address provided by you. The handover of the products indicates the acceptance of the products by you or the recipient. If the products are received by the management office, the reception, or other persons resulting in any loss, damage or impairment of the quality of the products, you or the recipient shall be responsible for such loss, damage or impairment of quality. No refund or compensation will be provided in such circumstances.
- For buildings without lift or for products that can only access through staircases, customers are required to pick up at ground floor or lobby, whichever applicable.
- If there is no free parking space near the delivery address, customers are required to pick up at ground floor or lobby, whichever applicable.
- For special locations, customer are required to pick up at a designated location.
- When the Typhoon Signal is hoisted, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is effective, or the delivery company determines that the delivery is not safe, or due to traffic accidents and road congestion, the delivery service time will be postponed or the delivery date will be changed.
- Upon delivery of the products, if you or the recipient is unable to take delivery of the products, or is absent, or the delivery address or other relevant information is incorrect, causing the unsuccessful delivery of the products, Loveral reserves the right to charge you or the recipient for additional delivery fee for additional delivery arrangement. If you or the recipient, due to any reason, cause the unsuccessful re-delivery and handover of the products, you or the recipient would be deemed to give up the products voluntarily. Loveral will not refund, bear any responsibility or provide any compensation in such a situation.
- Upon receipt of customer’s order, Loveral will send an order confirmation to customer by email, listing the order details i.e. recipient, product and quantity ordered, delivery address and date. Loveral will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of product delivery caused by the provision of incorrect email address by customer, or issues that beyond the control of our Company such as network problem, email delay or email undelivered etc.
- Once the order confirmed, no modification, cancellation, refund or exchange.
- After receiving the goods or signing for receipt, please check the products as soon as possible. If there are any damages/errors or omissions in the goods (such as the item or quantity of the goods does not match the order), please email to firstname.lastname@example.org for the customer service department within 24hrs after receiving the goods and take photos to record the current situation of the goods, outer boxes and shipping documents, and keep all the items in order to follow up with you as soon as possible.
- Kindly be informed that if SF Express Cash On Delivery is the chosen mode of delivery, we regret that we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for damaged or defective packaging or items, under any circumstances.
- Please take note that due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for food products that have been opened or consumed; or if the consumer has mishandled the outer packaging resulting in deformation and deterioration of the food products’ temperature and storage conditions.
- Returns and exchanges only apply to unopened food products. Upon receiving and signing for the package, please promptly inspect the contents. If there is any damaged or incorrect item(s), please email our Customer Service Department at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt with photographs of the damaged / incorrect item(s), shipping packaging and relevant transportation documents as evidence for the condition of the item(s) at the time of receipt. This will assist us in addressing the issue efficiently.
- If the goods are artificially damaged or destroyed after receiving the goods, they will not be returned or exchanged.
- The colour of the picture is slightly different due to different computer colour rendering or different personal perception. Please refer to the actual product colour. If there is a no problem with the product quality itself, it will not be returned or exchanged.
- There will be no further notice on any changes on the promotion conditions above.
- If there are any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision and interpretation.
